In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these General Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. prk333's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your prk333 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit prk333's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
